Nestled beside the Hazards Mountains and surrounded by gumtrees, banksias, and wattles, this is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore your body and mind — all whilst taking in the breathtaking view of Pelican Bay. A moment of warmth and stillness — just for you.


Preparing for Your Experience
Before and Upon Arrival
Bring Your Bathers: Please wear appropriate swimwear for your session.
Be Prepared: There is no toilet onsite for day visitors, so plan ahead before you arrive.
Hydrate Well: Drink water before your session to stay comfortable and safe.
Parking: Park in your designated carpark spot.
Trolley: You’ll find a trolley near your carpark to transport your belongings to the sauna.
Stay on Pathways: Please follow the designated paths and avoid entering accommodation areas.
Your Journey and Session
Finding and Enjoying the Sauna
Guests Staying at Numie: From your tent or cocoon, follow the marked paths leading to the sauna area. The short walk will take you through the beautiful bush setting, adding to the experience.
Day Visitors (Non-Guests): Follow the signs from the carpark to the sauna. The walk is gentle and well-marked — perfect for arriving calm and ready to relax. (A short video guide will be provided to walk you through the entire process.)
Self-Guided Experience: This is your time. Move mindfully in and out of the sauna, listening to your body.
Plunge & Refresh: Use the bucket outside for a cool rinse, or stroll along Pelican Bay to enjoy the contrast between the warm sauna and the crisp Tasmanian air.
Towels: Two towels per person are provided. Please always place one towel down to sit on while in the sauna.
Respect the Space: Treat the sauna and surroundings with care so everyone can enjoy them.
